Sundried Tomato + Pesto Cheese Torte

One of Dana’s personal favorites! Our modified pesto (we substitute sunflower seeds in place of the traditional pine nuts) allows us to offer this cheese torte as our nut-free cheese torte option.

Serve with baguette slices or crackers. Try crumbling into an omelet, using in sandwiches and wraps, in salad, on top of a pizza, or in place of regular goat cheese in your recipes.
