Q: Does your food come frozen?
A: If you order online for store pick up or delivery, all prepared entrees, soups, cheese tortes etc., will be frozen. Shelf stable goods like chocolates, olive oil and chips will be bagged separately and will not be frozen.
Q: Do you offer local delivery and what is the minimum order for delivery?
A: We offer local deliveries for our prepared food and gifts baskets (minimum order per address is $50.00) to KW and surrounding areas.
Q: Do you ship your food out of town?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship our frozen prepared meals or meal packages via UPS at this time. We offer local deliveries to KW and surrounding areas.
Q: Do you ship your gift baskets out of town?
A: We ship our gourmet gift boxes across Canada via UPS and you can find our selection of gift boxes here. We do not ship our cello wrapped gift baskets via UPS at this time. We do not ship our gift boxes or baskets to the USA.
Q: Is your kitchen a nut-free facility?
A: Unfortunately, we are not a nut free facility and can not guarantee that there has not been any contamination.
Q: Do you have gluten free options?
A: Yes, close to half of our menu is gluten-free and you can view options on our website here.
Q: Do you have vegan chocolates?
A: We have a small selection of vegan chocolate.
Q: Do you offer full-service catering?
A: We do not offer full service catering but we have plenty of family sized entrees, hors d’oeuvres and sides that go from oven to table. If you are interested in full service catering here are a few local favourites:

Q: Are custom gift baskets available?
A: Yes, custom is available for baskets with a value of $100 or more (per basket) and a total order of $1000.00 and up. For one gift (or orders less than $1000.00), customers are welcome to come into the store and purchase one of our branded gift boxes which you can fill with your hand selected items.
Q – Can I slightly alter/change some the contents in your signature wrapped gift baskets?
A – Unfortunately, our signature gift baskets are pre-wrapped in our gift workshop so we unable to make changes or substitutions to these gifts. Customers are welcome to come into the store and purchase one of our branded gift boxes which you can fill with your hand selected items.
Q: Can I add a keepsake or a bottle of wine to one of the premade gift baskets?
A: We would absolutely love to help; we would have to figure out if the keepsake or bottle of wine can fit in the basket that you have chosen. Once we have established that it can fit, we will need 48 hours from the delivery of the item to picking up or delivering the finished basket.
Q: I would like to place an order for a large number of gift baskets/boxes, how would I go about placing an order?

HOW CAN I ADD, EDIT OR ADJUST MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
If you are looking to add items to your order, please place a NEW ORDER online (for the next available delivery date) and leave us a note in the comments section that you wish to combine this with your order #___. If your request is urgent, please call us directly at 519-880-1555 x 2 or better yet, email us at email@example.com. Additions done by phone or email will require your credit card details again so that we can process any additional charges for the extra items you have ordered. These items will be added based on what is available in-store at the time you make your request. Additions are not final or confirmed until you have spoken with a member of our team.
