This summer corn chowder gets it creamy taste through pureed potatoes, not cream (it's dairy free!). Herrle's sweet corn, smoky bacon and cubes of potatoes make it a comforting bowl that's full of flavor. Enjoy with our cheddar herb scones.
Ingredients : corn, potatoes, bacon, onions, house made chicken bone broth, herbs, salt, spices.
Serves 2-3 (depending on desired portion size)
