Pork shoulder is slow cooked to perfection and blended with tangy bbq sauce, black beans, Herrle’s sweet corn, sauteed red peppers, caramelized onions and aged cheddar.
To serve as an appetizer, cut each quesadilla into 10 or 12 wedges; serve as-is or with sour cream (add chopped fresh cilantro and some fresh lime zest to the sour cream if desired).
