We will contact the recipient to arrange a convenient delivery window during delivery hours (Monday to Saturday, 10am - 5pm). If the recipient elects to pick up the order rather than have it delivered, the delivery fee will be refunded. Failed deliveries will be subject to an additional delivery fee.

This item is available for free in-store pickup. 

During checkout, select "Store Pickup" as your shipping option. Indicate in the notes field when you would like to come in for pickup. When your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email confirmation.
