A vegetarian favourite! This quesadilla combines roasted vegetables, caramelized onions, melted double cream brie, swiss cheese and is finished with Rootham’s local sweet and tangy red pepper jelly. It makes for a delicious snack or meal you can have on the go.
For a great appetizer, cut each quesadilla into 10 or 12 wedges and serve with sour cream.
