This from-scratch soup is Dana's favourite! Ontario butternut squash is blended with 35% cream, caramelized onions, apple juice, fresh ginger and spices.
Ingredients: Ontario butternut squash, vegetable broth, caramelized white onions, apple juice, apples, green onions, 35% cream, ginger, sage, cinnamon, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper.
