This Spanish inspired dish combines tender, juicy chicken thighs with sweet prunes, olives, briny capers and brown sugar in a white wine pan sauce. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes, rice or couscous.

 

Ingredients: Quebec grain fed chicken, homemade chicken stock, prunes, capers, olives, garlic, brown sugar, white wine, olive oil, corn starch, balsamic vinegar, fresh coriander, bay leaves, pepper, salt. Contains: naturally occurring sulphites.
