A blanquette is a ragout (stew) of meat prepared in a velouté (​white) sauce. This succulent dish combines Quebec grain fed chicken, potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, leeks and cranberries in a creamy white wine cream sauce. Serve with crusty French bread and a green salad.

Ingredients: Quebec grain-fed chicken, onions, celery, carrots, leeks, potatoes, cranberries, white wine, cream, homemade chicken stock, cornstarch, butter, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, pepper, salt.
