We use fresh sliced croissants instead of pie pastry for a delicious twist on traditional quiche. Stemmler’s sausage, roasted red potatoes and aged cheddar are combined with fresh eggs and 35% cream. Serve with dressed mixed greens for a light dinner or as part of a decadent brunch.
