This from-scratch soup combines 3 types of squash (acorn, butternut and pie squash) with 35% cream and an array of spices and fresh herbs. Serve with toasted baguette or a green salad.
Ingredients: Squash (acorn, butternut, pie), onions, vegetable broth, 35% cream, sage, cloves, cinnamon, thyme, brown sugar, chives, parsley, salt, pepper.
