This from-scratch soup is creamy, cheesy and loaded with fresh broccoli. Try it on it's own or with serve with buttered pretzel buns for dunking.
Ingredients: broccoli, vegetable broth, 35% cream, white onions, extra old cheddar cheese, shallots, nutmeg, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper.
900 ml, serves 2-3 depending on desired portion size.
