Eating your veggies just got a whole lot easier with Chef Adam’s roasted root vegetable medley. Fresh carrots, beets and rutabaga are tossed with maple syrup and fresh thyme. Simply pour into a heated pan and sauté with butter or extra virgin olive oil until warm.
Ingredients: Heirloom carrots, golden beets, candy beets, rutabaga, maple syrup, thyme, salt and pepper.
Each package yields 3-4 portions.

He is a graduate of the prestigious Stratford Chef's School and is Red Seal certified.
