This from-scratch soup is full of fresh, in season, red peppers backed with the taste of sweet tarragon and a hint of balsamic vinegar. 

Ingredients: Roasted red peppers, chicken stock, onions, garlic, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, 35% cream, parsley, tarragon, corn starch, salt & pepper

900ml (serves 2-3 depending on portion size)
