Chef Adam Brenner is classically trained in French cuisine with over 10 years of experience in 4 star hotels and restaurants. He is a graduate of the prestigious Stratford Chef's School and is Red Seal certified. Chef Brenner operates his own catering business and specialty food store "The Garden Stand" in New Hamburg, focusing on fresh flavours using wholesome and local ingredients.
