Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
Dana's favourite! Luscious jumbo lump crab meat mixed with white fish and seasonings. Pan fry and serve with slices of avocado and lemon aioli (mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with the zest of half a lemon, 2 teaspoons minced garlic and 1tsp coarse black pepper).
Ingredients: Fresh crab, Alaskan pollock (white fish), Pacific hake (white fish), onion, butter, cream, wheat flour, red bell pepper, egg whites, Worcestershire sauce (contains anchovies), salt, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, corn starch.
