This rich puree made from a blend of mushrooms and fresh herbs is an enticing change from the usual creamed mushroom soup.

Ingredients: Mixed mushrooms, chicken stock, beef demi glaze, 35% cream, onions, shallots, garlic, parsley, maple syrup, rosemary, thyme, tarragon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
