Pinched-by-hand pierogi, made using Babcia's authentic Polish recipe. A new favourite - creamy ricotta cheese and fresh spinach. Serve with your choice of toppings such as sour cream, crumbled bacon and green onions.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, ricotta (pasteurized milk, vinegar, milk fat), spinach, egg, garlic, onions, salt, pepper.

The Pierogi House story begins in 1943, with Irene Kotas, who is lovingly called Babcia (Grandma in Polish). Babcia was raised in the mountainous region of Southeast Poland where pierogies were a staple dish. In 1990, the Kotas family emigrated to Ontario and in 2015 they opened their first restaurant. In 2021 they began selling their premium frozen pierogies to specialty grocers. They love introducing customers to their authentic pierogi - each one hand pinched and free of artificial preservatives.
