BYOB - Be Your Own Baker! These tender, cheesy biscuits are named after Dana's Great-Grandma Maude, a pastry Chef who ran her own restaurant in the Muskoka's in 1960's. Maudie was known for her delicious biscuits, cookies, pies, butter tarts and Chelsea buns. These cheese biscuits are delicious with soup, chili and stew - or serve at dinner time instead of rolls. They also make a great base for breakfast sandwiches!
