Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar

The rich Sri Lankan toasted cinnamon aroma and the sweet taste of Anjou pear are harmoniously combined to make a savory and sweet balsamic vinegar.

Paired with Blood Orange olive oil, it makes a delicious vinaigrette. Or mix with Lemon olive oil and marinate chicken or duck breasts; bake and serve with roasted fruit (try plums, pears or peaches).

WAYS TO ENJOY CINNAMON PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR

  • Blend with our blood orange olive oil (equal parts of each) and dress mixed greens, sliced pears, goat cheese and candied nuts
  • Drizzle on ice cream with stewed fruit
  • Pour over plain or fruit cheesecake
  • Drizzle onto baked or poached pears with whipped cream, ice cream and/or caramel sauce
