Classic rubbed pork shoulder slow cooked for 12 hours. Seasoned with The Carbon Bar's famous pit bbq spice rub. Delicious on it's own or piled high on top of brioche buns with coleslaw.

 

Ingredients: pork shoulder, rosemary, fennel seed, chili flakes, brown sugar, granulated onion, granulated garlic, kosher salt, pepper.


454g - Serves 2-3 on it's own or yields enough for 4 sandwiches.
