BYOB - Be Your Own Baker! These tender buttermilk tea biscuits are named after Dana's Great-Grandma Maude, a pastry Chef who ran her own restaurant in the Muskoka's in 1960's. Maudie was known for her delicious biscuits, cookies, pies, butter tarts and Chelsea buns. These wild blueberry tea biscuits are delicious served on their own - or try them with sweet butter and your favourite preserves.
