Tender cubes of Ontario braised lamb shoulder in a curry sauce made with tomatoes, onions and mango. Delicious served with fresh naan bread or over steamed basmati rice.

 

Ingredients: lamb, chicken stock, onions, garlic, canola  oil, curry powder, mango chutney (sugar, mangoes (41%), salt, acetic acid, spices. May contain nuts and sesame), lemon juice, tomato paste and salt.

 

400 grams - serves 1 -2 depending on desired portion size
800 grams - serves  serves 3-4 depending on desired portion size
