Fragrant and full of flavour, this delicious vegetarian curry combines tender tofu with tomatoes, cream, onions, garlic and Indian spices for a vegetarian twist on the classic "butter chicken".
Ingredients: Tofu, garam masala, vegetable stock, tomato, tomato paste, 35% cream, butter, onion, garlic, cumin, ginger, cayenne, bay leaf. vegetable and/or olive oil.
