Chef Dan’s famous curry sauce! Coconut milk base with fresh onions, garlic, curry paste, ginger and lemongrass. Mild-medium spice. Combine with vegetables, chicken, shrimp or tofu and serve over hot rice or noodles. 

Ingredients: Onions, garlic, curry paste, ginger, lemongrass, lime leaf, bay leaf, cilantro, tomato paste, vegetable oil, corn flour, red chilis, coconut milk, kosher salt.

1 jar serves 3-4 depending on desired portion size.
