This customer and staff favourite combines local Snyder Heritage Farms turkey breast, root veggies (turnips, carrots, butternut squash) and creamy homemade turkey gravy - all topped off with a ciabatta cranberry sage stuffing. All of the flavours of turkey dinner in one delicious bite!

Turkey Filling Ingredients: boneless skinless diced local turkey breast, fresh carrots, fresh turnips, fresh butternut squash, milk, homemade turkey gravy made from turkey stock (turkey bones, water, carrots, onions, celery and spices), turkey fat, flour, fresh onions, dried cranberries, butter, fresh garlic, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, seasonings. 

Stuffing Topping Ingredients: ciabatta bread (wheat flour, sea salt, yeast, malt), fresh onions, fresh celery, dried cranberries, butter, fresh herbs, dried herbs, salt, pepper, spices.
