BYOB - Be Your Own Baker! These tender, cheesy biscuits are named after Dana's Great-Grandma Maude, a pastry Chef who ran her own restaurant in the Muskoka's in 1960's. Maudie was known for her delicious  biscuits, cookies, pies, butter tarts and Chelsea buns. These goat cheese biscuits are delicious with soup, chili and stew - or serve at dinner time instead of rolls. They also make a great base for breakfast sandwiches!

 Dana Shortt opened her prepared foods shop in 2004 with the goal of bringing elevated comfort food home. Our kitchen team prepares all of our dishes from scratch and with care, using only the best quality ingredients and working with local farms throughout the seasons.
