Another fabulous curry sauce creation from Chef Dan! This deeply flavourful and spicy sauce combines coconut milk with red chilis, garlic, shrimp paste, curry, ginger and lemongrass. Medium hot spice. Combine with vegetables, chicken, shrimp or tofu and serve over hot rice or noodles. Also makes a fabulous base for steamed mussels.
Ingredients: Lime leaf, ginger, coconut milk, red chilis, garlic, lemongrass, onions, cilantro, galangal, shrimp paste, curry paste, brown sugar, kosher salt, black pepper, vegetable oil.
1 jar serves 3-4 depending on desired portion size.
